After a lot of thought, meditation, and conversation, I have decided that Georgia Wild will no longer be an operating business.
With the introduction of our daughter Birdy I have found new insight into what I want to be doing with my days. I have found that being a solo business owner is not for me, and that I would much rather keep woodworking a hobby.
This being said, I still want to keep the idea of Georgia Wild alive, everything that GW stands for truly was and is a reflection of myself and my work. I now plan to use this site as a place to showcase my woodworking projects. There may be times when I do sell limited runs of items I make, however, the continual production work and custom work has come to an end at this point in time.
I want to thank you all for your support and understanding. This journey was a huge one for me and my personal growth, I am grateful that I had you all here. I feel sad taking away this resource from you, but this is what I have to do for myself at this moment in time.
With love, Mark+Kaihla+Birdy
